Hydrofinity, providers of the most sustainable washing machine in the world announces the supply of a further 27 low-water washing machines to Viking Services (now WashIQ) based in California, USA. The first shipment of this batch - which contained the smaller Hydrofinity machine (20kg/45lbs) - was made in March 2019.
Note, Jan 2020: Viking Services are now WashIQ.
Mike Ferrand, Managing Director, Hydrofinity, said:
“Viking Services have been Hydrofinity’s approved Affinity Partner since 2015 and have already sold and installed numerous near-waterless commercial washing machines throughout California. Their quality workmanship means they have an impeccable reputation across the State.”
“The Hydrofinity washer is the perfect solution for our hotel owners as they face the ever-growing issue of dwindling water reserves in California. We have worked with Hydrofinity for over 4 years now and the savings and quality of the product still amazes us. We look forward to what is to come and being at the forefront of water and energy savings with Hydrofinity.”
Whilst California is currently drought-free for the first time in 7 years, residents and businesses still need to watch their water consumption. By switching to a Hydrofinity machine, hotels can save up to 2 million gallons of water a year and see a return on their investment in under 1 year. Read how Hilton Los Angeles have done just that.
Mike Ferrand, Managing Director, Hydrofinity, continues:
"We are ideally placed to help commercial customers significantly reduce water consumption and make material utilities cost savings, thereby delivering a positive economic and environmental impact."
